Circadian Neurobiology
Joo Eun-Yeon

Abstract
This review focuses on circadian view of chronobiology. The human organism¡¯s successful adaptation to the demands placed upon it by the environment is, in large part, a function of the proper function and entrainment of the internal pacemaker. Physical environmental as well as societal demands have important effects on the individual¡¯s chronobiology. The last several years have seen the discovery of critically important genes involved in the control of circadianrhythm. Indeed, much work remains to be done in order to continue to advance our understanding of circadian phenomenon.
